Characteristics: Execute the second phase of implementation of Activity 2 – Systematic clarification of rights and property limits on the island of São Vicente. Systematic acquisition of information from all rights claimants and occupants of each parcel; Integration and analysis of all available and collected data as a result of fieldwork; Recommendation on the situation of rights and limits for all parcels; Provision of legal assistance in the identification of those parcels that require additional legal or documentary steps before requesting rights; And support for the regularization or formalization of registration rights.
