Municípia® in the process of implementing a Sustainable Purchasing System

On November 27th, we held an Online Conference for Municípia® and Connect® suppliers, as part of the process of implementing a Sustainable Purchasing System, in partnership with Pedra Base.

This system, aligned with the most demanding sustainability guidelines, represents an innovative milestone on the part of Municípia® by integrating social, environmental and economic criteria in all its purchasing processes and in the Framework Agreements developed by Connect® – Central de Compras.

The implementation of this model reinforces Municípia®’s commitment to ensuring that each purchasing decision contributes to Respecting the product life cycle; promote human rights and decent working conditions; increase energy efficiency and waste management; protect biodiversity. And above all, create choices guided by the principles of sustainability.
