The XVII National Congress of the National Association of Portuguese Municipalities will take place at the Aveiro Fairs and Exhibitions Park, on the 11th and 12th of December.
The implementation of the Recovery and Resilience Plan – PRR, the new Portugal 2030 Community Framework, climate change, regionalization, mobility, accessibility and digital transition are some of the topics highlighted at the Congress.
The solemn opening session, which marks the official opening of the congress, will take place at 2:30 pm on Saturday, December 11th.
